Trust & Transparency

How HomesByRCG reviews housing education.

Our standards explain what we review, which sources we prefer, how we handle changing facts, and where educational guidance ends.

Our review process

HomesByRCG content is reviewed for a clear decision question, balanced housing paths, appropriate professional boundaries, useful next steps, accessible language, and working source links before publication. Material is reviewed again when a cited program, rule, or public source changes.

Sources and changing facts

We prefer responsible public agencies and original sources for programs, property records, legal requirements, and local boundaries. Rates, eligibility, taxes, insurance, inventory, grants, and school information can change; visitors should verify them with the responsible agency or qualified professional.

Education and brokerage are separate

HomesByRCG explains options and helps visitors prepare questions. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, lending, insurance, inspection, or investment advice. BoldTrail and licensed professionals handle brokerage search, showings, representation, and transactions when a visitor chooses that path.
